What is the history of transgender in the Act?

ایکٹ میں ٹرانس جینڈر کی کیا تعریف بیان کی گئی ہے
اس میں لفظ ٹرانسجینڈراستعمال کرتے ہوئے اس کی تین تعریفات بیان کی گئی ہیں جس میں پہلی تاریخ درست ہے لیکن اس کے لیے درست لفظ بلکہ intersex یا hermaphrodite ہیں
:پہلی تعریف وہ شخص ٹرانس جینڈر ہے جس کے عذاب میں پیدائشی ابہام ہے لیکن اس کے لیے درست لفظ انٹر سیکس یا hermaphrodite ہیں دوسری تعریف کے مطابق وہ شاہ کی مکمل مرد ہے وہ کسی وجہ سے مثلا دوا یا ایکسیڈنٹ کی وجہ سے مردانہ صلاحیت سے محروم ہو جائے تو وہ بھی اس ایکٹ کے مطابق ٹرانس جینڈر ہے

وہ شخص ٹرانس جینڈر ہے جس کے عذاب میں پیدائشی ابہام ہے لیکن اس کے لیے درست لفظ انٹر سیکس یا hermaphrodite ہیں دوسری تعریف کے مطابق وہ شاہ کی مکمل مرد ہے وہ کسی وجہ سے مثلا دوا یا ایکسیڈنٹ کی وجہ سے مردانہ صلاحیت
سے محروم ہو جائے تو وہ بھی اس ایکٹ کے مطابق ٹرانس جینڈر ہے

4.According to the third definition, people who were born with a complete female or male gender physically and hormonally, but grew up not happy with their gender based on psychological confusion or complexity, social pressure, trends, personal preferences, or dislikes. Happiness or psychosis is called gender dysphoria.
Such persons are also termed as transgender in the Act even though they are fully male or female in terms of biological makeup.
